2. Google User Data

Our internal advertising management application ("UNICOS Ads") uses the Google Ads API to operate and measure our own advertising campaigns. If you are an authorized user of our Google Ads account, the application accesses the following Google user data:

  • Google Ads account data accessed: campaign and ad performance data (spend, impressions, clicks, conversions), campaign structure and settings, and account identifiers. This access is read-only.
  • How we use it: solely to provide and improve our own internal advertising reporting, budgeting, and optimization workflows. We do not access, use, store, or share Google user data for any other purpose.
  • We do not: sell Google user data to data brokers or information resellers; use it for targeted, personalized, or retargeted advertising directed at end users; use it for credit-worthiness or lending purposes; transfer it to third parties except the service providers listed in Section 3 acting on our instructions; or use it to train non-personalized AI and/or machine learning models.
  • Limitation of use: Google user data is used only to provide or improve user-facing features of the application described above.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the following categories of recipients, solely to operate our business:

  • E-commerce platform: Shopify International Ltd. (store hosting, checkout, order management).
  • Payment processors: to complete transactions and prevent fraud.
  • Shipping carriers and logistics partners: to deliver your orders and provide tracking.
  • Service providers: email service providers (order and marketing communications), analytics providers, and advertising platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok) — ad platforms receive data such as hashed identifiers and conversion events solely to measure and improve our own advertising; this data is not used by us to build profiles of end users for resale.
  • Legal compliance: when required by law, legal process, or to protect our rights and safety.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the store functioning, remember your preferences, measure site performance, and measure the effectiveness of our advertising.
