For customers in Hawaii and Alaska, we offer USPS Priority Express delivery services. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery times, and actual lead times should be based on the estimates displayed on the official website. We sincerely apologize for any potential delays.

Business Days & Holidays

Orders are processed and shipped only on U.S. business days (Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays). If an order is placed after the daily cut-off time, it will be processed the next business day. Our warehouses are closed on weekends and observed U.S. holidays, including:

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within X days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@unicosofficial.com chat with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.


Shipping to P.O. boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here.

 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@unicosofficial.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Cancel or Change Order


Please contact us within one hour of placing your order. Once we see your email during business hours, we will cancel it.

We will not offer replacements or refunds for orders or items that are reported missing or damaged that we reasonably believe to have been delivered to a parcel forwarding company.

 

Missing Package


Risk of loss with respect to the products in your order is transferred from UNICOS  to you when your order is delivered to you.
